Communications Framework

How your organisation communicates internally and externally can make or break the effectiveness of your business continuity plan. So, it's good practice to have worked out how you are going to communicate both during and after  a major incident.  The Communications Framework section of the business continuity template helps you to identify who you may need to be in touch with, how the organisation will achieve that (such as the communications channels to be used) and who will be responsible for maintaining communication with them.
